In 2015, we recognized the pressing need to address Addis Ababa's housing scarcity. With this purpose at the core of our strategy, we launched a series of ambitious projects. Within six years, we successfully delivered these developments, not only creating beautiful homes but also generating over 5,000 employment opportunities. This initiative reflects our deep commitment to contributing positively to the community and economy we serve.

The legacy of our work is evident in the iconic landmarks we have created. The Al-Sam Chelelek Building and Al-Sam Apartment #1, along with our new development, Al-Sam Apartment #2, are now collectively known as the Al-Sam Village. This name is a testament to the long-lasting impression we have made on the real estate market.
